FAQs

What can I expect from a consultation?

A consultation is a personalized, one-on-one session designed to address your specific challenges and provide actionable strategies. Here’s what you can expect:

  1. After Booking: Once you’ve booked your consultation, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including the date and time of our session. You’ll also get an intake packet that helps me gather background information about your child’s needs, background, and current challenges. This ensures we make the most of our time together.

  2. Before the Consultation: Fill out the intake packet with as much detail as possible. The more I know about your situation, the more tailored and effective our session will be.

  3. During the Consultation: Our 75-minute session is a deep dive into your concerns. I’ll listen closely, offer insights, and provide you with clear, practical strategies that you can implement right away.

  4. After the Consultation: You’ll receive a follow-up email summarizing what we discussed, including action steps and any additional resources or support you might find helpful.

What’s the difference between the Kick Start and Steady Support packages?

The Kick Start package is for moms who need immediate help and prefer short, focused consultations with clear action steps. The Steady Support package is designed for moms looking for longer-term guidance with ongoing monthly check-ins, so you have continuous support as your child grows and changes.

Do you offer payment plans?

I understand that parenting support can be an investment, and I want to make my services as accessible as possible. I offer monthly payment plans for my Steady Support package to help make things more manageable. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need more details on how to make payments work for you.

Will my child’s behavior change immediately?

My mom always said “The only thing you can control is your attitude.” While I can’t guarantee your child’s behavior will change right away (because, honestly, we can’t control our kids), I can guarantee that you’ll have a solid plan in place that helps you respond with more confidence. You’ll have the tools to manage your reactions and foster a stronger connection with your child—over time, that often leads to shifts in behavior, but it’s a process, not a quick fix.

How do I book a session?

Booking is easy! Simply head over to my Consultation page, choose the package that best fits your needs, and you’ll be guided to schedule your first session. You’ll get a confirmation and prep materials before we meet.

Do you provide occupational therapy services?

While I am a licensed occupational therapist, I don’t provide direct OT services through my coaching. Instead, I focus on offering personalized parenting strategies that are trauma-informed and tailored to your child’s unique needs. If your child requires traditional OT, I can help connect you with other professionals who can support those needs.
